Kashmiri Chicken
  1. Heat oil in a large pan and add the onions, pepper, cardamom, and cinnamon stick. Saute until onions are caramelized.

  2. Add ginger, garlic, chili powder, turmeric, paprika, and salt. Cook until fragrant.

  3. Add chicken pieces and brown on all sides.

  4. Add yogurt and white wine, cover, and simmer until chicken is cooked through.

  5. Serve hot with rice or bread.
