Add oil, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well.
Add bananas, sour cream and mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips. Mix until combined.
Pour into a 6 jumbo muffin tin. Bake at 425 for 5 minutes. Turn down heat to 375 and bake another 20 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!
