  1. Cut down the root of the celery to separate the stalks. You may reserve the leaves for another recipe. Rinse the stalks very well under running water.

  2. Trim off the tops and discard. Chop them to 2 inch pieces.

  3. Pour ¼ cup cold water to your blender and add the celery and squeeze the lemon juice if you want.

  4. Blend until smooth. Place a strainer & a nut bag over a bowl and pour the blended celery juice. Lift the bag and squeeze to extract all of the juices.

  5. Serve celery juice immediately or pour to a jar and refrigerate. Consume with in 2 days.

  6. Start your juicer. Add the celery stalks to the juicer chute. You may add any other fruits like apple, watermelon or Asian pear to make the juice more palatable.

  7. Collect the juice from the spout of your juicer and squeeze lemon juice.

  8. Serve celery juice immediately or transfer to a mason jar & refrigerate for up to 2 days.
