Emma Jeans’ Slow Cooked Chicken Massaman Curry

Chop potatoes into large cubes and carrots into chunks (roughly ⅓ size of potatoes) and add to slow cooker.

Chop (raw) chicken breast into chunks and spread over veggies (you can also just add breast as whole piece if you wish as it will shred up in slow cooker)

Pour coconut milk over top and mix in massaman paste.

Cook on 🔥 low 🔥 for ⏰ 8 hours ⏰

Serve with rice and/or naan (I have a fast and easy naan/garlic naan recipe on my profile if you would like to make your own!)
