Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit
Add the sugar, eggs, orange zest, lemon zest, vanilla, orange blossom and rose water, and salt to the mixture
Add the flour and yeast and work the crushed almonds into the dough
Flour the surface and make two logs about 3 inches wide
Brush egg whites over the surface and sprinkle with sugar
Bake for 20 minutes
Chop the logs evenly and bake for 4 minutes on each side
