Ceviche Recipe (fast & Flavorful!)
  1. Pat the fish dry with paper towels. (This helps the marinade adhere better and prevents excess moisture.)

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well to combine. Make sure all of the ingredients (especially the fish) have been coated in lime juice.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes (or up to 2 hours) before serving.

  4. Adjust salt and pepper to taste if needed.
