Italian meatloaf

Ingredients:

Half pound each ground beef and pork

Two eggs

½ cup breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper

¼ cup of fresh parsley

¼cup Parmesan cheese shredded

Directions:

In a bowl mix both meats together. Add in eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.

Mix well, and lay meat onto a piece of parchment paper.

Flatten and stretch meat out

Top meat with prosciutto

Cover prosciutto with provolone slices

Begin rolling meat into a

Sprinkle flour over meat roll so it’s well covered.

Add meat, roll to pan with some olive oil and brown all sides, golden

Add half a cup white wine and half a cup vegetable broth to pan

Reduce and cover with lid and cook on low for 40 minutes

You can use the broth and create a gravy.

Slice and serve
