Air Fryer Salmon
  1. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and remove the skin and bones carefully.

  2. Cut the salmon into 1-inch pieces and transfer to a large bowl.

  3. Add olive oil, salt, spices and herbs to a bowl.

  4. Gently toss salmon with oil and spices.

  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

  6. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.

  7. Arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer. (There is no need to preheat the air fryer - the salmon will cook very quickly.)

  8. Set the mode to 360 and cook for 7-8 minutes. (It is not necessary to cook the salmon for longer, as the pieces may lose their juiciness and become dry.)

  9. Serve salmon bites hot with fresh herbs and sauces and some delicious sides, like Instant Pot Garlic Knots.
