Sauce:
Shred cabbage and carrots (or use store bought slaw mix)
Add olive oil and sesame oil to a wok. Add ground meat and cook on medium high. Season with white pepper and creole seasoning. Remove from wok and set aside.
Add a little more olive oil to the wok, add veggies and and a little bit of water. Once the mixture is cooked down a little bit, add ginger and garlic paste and stir until fragrant.
Add meat back into the wok. Add all sauce ingredients. Mix until combined.
Top with sesame seeds and spicy mayo.
