Base:
100 g butter
400 g (Tin) condensed milk
X2 250 g packets of biscuits – crushed (super wine biscuits are best)
1 dsp golden syrup
1 cup coconut
Rind of 1 lemon
Icing:
Icing sugar
Lemon juice
Method:
Melt butter, golden syrup and condensed milk. Add coconut, crushed biscuits and grated lemon rind. Mix ingredients then press into a sponge roll tin.
Ice then place in fridge to set.
