Mississippi Pot Roast
  1. Place the chuck roast in a crockpot

  2. Add the ranch seasoning packet (about ½ to ¾ of the packet)

  3. Add the au jus mix packet (use the full packet)

  4. Place the ½ stick of butter on top of the roast

  5. Add about 6 pepperoncini peppers and drizzle some of the pepperoncini juice over the roast

  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the roast is tender and shreds easily
