Anchovy Chicken With Potatoes And Shallots
  1. Preheat oven to 190c (375f) and remove chicken from fridge at least an hour before cooking

  2. Shmear the anchovy marinade all over the chicken

  3. Lay the potatoes and shallots onto a baking tray and season with olive oil and salt

  4. Place the chicken ontop and pour the white wine all over

  5. Roast in oven for about 50 minutes to an hour

  6. Plate up with all the gravy, drizzle the green sauce all over and enjoy!
