Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
Combine pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla, and spices. Beat in your eggs until well incorporated
Stir in cream until smooth texture is achieved
Pour mixture into greased baking dish(es)
Bake at 350 degrees F based on size of dish. Small individual baking dishes, 30-40; a casserole dish or pie plate, 45-55 mins. Check the center with a toothpick or knife to see If the inside is still liquid. The top of your custard will be golden and have give when you press it but not be liquid
Check doneness by inserting toothpick or knife, custard should be set but not liquid
Allow to cool and chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving
