  1. Mash the beans with the cheddar, taco seasoning, and hot sauce until well combined.

  2. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and warm in the microwave for up to 30 seconds to soften.

  3. Divide the bean mixture evenly between tortillas and roll up the mixture.

  4. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, fry the taquitos in batches, seam side down in about ½ inch of oil until crisp, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  5. Serve with salsa and sour cream (or Greek yogurt).
