Air Fried Salmon Bites
  1. Begin by removing the skin from the salmon. Pour boiling water over the salmon to loosen the skin, then gently pull it off.

  2. Cut the salmon into small chunks and place them in a bowl.

  3. Add a generous amount of Dijon mustard to the salmon chunks. Toss to ensure even coating.

  4. Sprinkle a healthy dose of Dan-O's SEA-soning over the salmon. Toss again to distribute the seasoning evenly.

  5. Spray the bottom of the air fryer tray with cooking spray.

  6. Place the seasoned salmon chunks onto the tray, spreading them out evenly.

  7. Cook in the air fryer at 400°F (about 200°C) for approximately 10 minutes.

  8. Once cooked, remove and serve hot.
