Single-Serve Creamy Vanilla Coffee Frappe
Makes 1 generous serving (about 12-16 oz)
In a blender, combine the milk, instant coffee powder, vanilla pudding mix, and sugar. Blend for about 10-15 seconds until smooth.
Add the ice cubes and vanilla extract (if using). Blend again until frothy and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or coffee strength if needed.
Pour into a tall glass, top with whipped cream if desired, and enjoy!
Tip: If you want it extra thick (almost milkshake-like), you can reduce the milk slightly (try ¾ cup) or add an extra ½ tablespoon of pudding mix.
