Peanut Butter And Jelly Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

  2. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

  4. Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking pan. Dollop the peanut butter on top and spread it into an even layer. Dollop the strawberry jam on top and spread it into an even layer.

  5. Spread the remaining batter on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
