Spicy Cajun Sass Bowls
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. If sausage isn't cooked, cook it first (air fry or sauté).

  3. Chop veggies and toss in a big bowl with 1-2 tbsp olive oil + Cajun seasoning.

  4. Slice sausage, then toss with shrimp, ½ tbsp olive oil + Cajun seasoning in another bowl.

  5. Layer everything onto a baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
