  1. To make the marinade combine soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic and fresh rosemary.

  2. Add the steak and marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours, but the longer the better.

  3. When ready to cook, remove the flank steak from the marinade and grill to your desired doneness.

  4. Let the steak rest before cutting it against the grain in slices.
