In a measuring cup or bowl, add mayo, lemon juice, grated pecorino romano, fresh chopped dill, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp cracked black pepper. Mix that together until combined.
Place your salmon filets in a baking dish and season the salmon with ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp cracked black pepper. Now, pour the creamy dill mixture evenly over top of the salmon filets.
Bake in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or until browned. Enjoy!
