Cream Cheese Pound Cake Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy (3-4 minutes).

  3. Beat in egg and vanilla.

  4. On low, mix in flour and salt.

  5. With a large cookie scoop, place onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper leaving at least an inch between each cookie.

  6. Cookies will spread slightly.

  7. Bake for 16-18 minutes.

  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack to cool completely.

  9. Dip tops of cookies in icing (optional) and enjoy!
