  1. Mix PB, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

  2. Add protein powder + oat flour and stir until crumbly.

  3. Fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Press into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment.

  5. Chill 1–2 hrs, slice into 10 bars.

  6. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
