  1. Add Graham Crackers, pecans and sugar into food processor until fine crumbs.

  2. Add melted butter to crumbs and pulse until you can mold it.

  3. Using a tall glass or measuring cup to create crust in in buttered pan.

  4. Bake at 350 for 8-10 min or put in fridge.

    FILLING

  5. Put room temperature cream cheese into mixer. Keep on medium/low speed.

  6. Add sugar and continue mixing and stopping periodically to scrape down bowl.

  7. Add salt and continue mixing.

  8. Add sour cream and vanilla extract and mix.

  9. Sift in the flour while mixing and periodically scrape down bowl.

  10. Mix in yolks one at a time until incorporated.

  11. Pour the batter into the crust and place pan on baking sheet.

  12. Cook in oven 350 for 10 minutes and then turn down to 300 and cook for another 40 minutes.
