Lemon-ade Syrup
  1. Mix sugar, water, salt a rinds together in sauce pan, boil 5 mins.

  2. Let stand to cool.

  3. Add juice from lemons, refrigerate.

Use 2 Tbsp syrup to 6 oz water. Makes about 1qt.
