Crock Pot Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs
  1. Place onion on bottom of crockpot with the butter

  2. In a bowl, whisk together chicken stock, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest.

  3. In a seperate bowl mix together the smoked paprika, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper and garlic.

  4. Rub spices mixture all over chicken pieces

  5. Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.

  6. Pour the lemon-broth mixture over the chicken thighs.

  7. Cover & cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.

  8. Serve over rice or broccoli with sauce.
