Dice some onions and peppers and toss those in the oven to roast.
Add diced chicken, red enchilada sauce, green chillies, garlic puree, fire roasted tomatoes and seasoning blend shown on screen.
Add in your roasted vegetables.
Cook based on the instructions shown on screen.
Once the chicken's done cooking, pour over half cooked pasta.
Pour over the blended cheese sauce shown on screen.
Give that a mix until it looks like this.
Cover that for another 15 to 20 minutes to let the sauce thicken and fully absorb.
