Ingredients:
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Divide the mixture evenly into 3-4 bowls (depending on how many colors you want). Add a different color of gel food coloring to each bowl and mix until well combined.
Working quickly, spoon dollops of each colored mixture into the prepared baking dish, alternating colors.
Use a knife or skewer to swirl the colors together, creating a galaxy effect. Be careful not to overmix.
Sprinkle edible stars and glitter over the top of the fudge.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Once set, lift the fudge out of the baking dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
