Ingredients:
One small ripe avocado
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
¼ teaspoon
⅛ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup water. More if required for thickness.
Method:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Adjust thickness for dipping sauce
Adjust salt and lime for taste.
Store in refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
Use as a condiment for air fryer, chicken peppers or fajita
