Wash and dry the broccoli, then cut it into florets.
If using an oven, preheat it to 220°C.
Line a tray with baking paper and add the broccoli in a single layer.
Cover the broccoli with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, a teaspoon of lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
Optionally, add some chopped garlic or powdered garlic granules.
If using an oven, cook the broccoli for 20 to 25 minutes until crunchy.
If using an air fryer, cook at 200°C for 10 to 12 minutes.
