In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Place clarified butter in a cast-iron skillet or baking dish and transfer to the preheated oven until melted and sizzling.
Remove the skillet from the oven and pour the batter into the hot skillet.
Return the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the Dutch baby is puffed and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and garnish with melted butter, fresh lemon juice, and powdered sugar.
