Copycat Butterfinger Bars
  1. Add brown sugar, peanut butter, molasses and salt in a bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir well.

  2. Crush cornflakes with hands and add to peanut butter mixture, mix well.

  3. With wet fingers press into an 8"x8" square pan lined with parchment paper.

  4. Add chocolate and oil to a bowl and melt in microwave. Do 30 second intervals and mix.

  5. Once chocolate is melted and smooth, pour over top of the base and refrigerate or freeze until firm. Cut into squares. Optional- dust with icing sugar. Enjoy!!
