Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. When they sizzle, add broccoli, corn and carrots.
Stir fry on a medium heat until the veggies and tender, cooked through yet crunchy.
Add salt, chilli powder or flakes and garam masala or soya sauce. Stir fry for another 2 mins.
Taste test and adjust salt and spice. Stir in the lemon juice.
Serve broccoli corn carrot stir fry as a side or with roti, paratha.
You can also add it over bread slices and place a cheese slice. Cover with another slice of bread and butter them. Toast until crisp.
Cool these stir fried veggies and stir in some hung curd or mayonnaise or cream cheese, lemon juice and fresh cut cilantro/coriander leaves.
