Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dip
  1. Preheat your oven to 450º. Then take your Red Pepper and cut out the seeds and slice in half. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add the 8oz Block of Feta Cheese and bake both the Peppers and the Feta together for 5 more minutes. The pepper should have black and brown spots and be blistering.

  2. Once they're done, let the Pepper cool off for about 5 minutes, then carefully peel off the outer layer of skin that's bubbled up during baking.

  3. Add the Pepper, Feta Cheese, and the rest of the ingredients- 3 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, ½ tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Onion Powder, and Salt & Pepper to taste, to a blender or food processor. Blend for several minutes, until little to no chunks remain. Serve with bread, pita chips, crackers, pretzels, etc. Enjoy!
