Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the apple, banana, eggs, peanut butter, and baking powder.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly until you achieve a smooth batter. It may take some time for it to all come together, but eventually you will get a nice gloop!
Line a cupcake tin with 6 cupcake liners.
Spoon the batter evenly into each cupcake liner.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the pupcakes appear to be set.
Allow the pupcakes to cool completely before decorating.
Mix ½ cup Greek yogurt with 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter.
Once the pupcakes are cool, generously spread or pipe the yogurt and peanut butter mixture on top of each cupcake.
