Add the curry powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Add the ground lamb and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
For the garlic yogurt: In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice.
For the paprika butter: In a small saucepan, melt the 4 tbsp. butter. Stir in the paprika and a pinch of salt.
To assemble: Toss the cooked pasta with the meat sauce. Top with dollops of the garlic yogurt, drizzles of the paprika butter, sliced cherry tomatoes, feta cheese crumbles, and chopped parsley.
