  1. Cut the head of cauliflower into smaller pieces.

  2. Heat the frying oil in a deep pan or pot.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the gochujang, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, water, lime juice, light brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, and minced ginger.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, corn starch, seltzer, and whipped egg white.

  5. Dip the cauliflower pieces into the batter, making sure they are fully coated.

  6. Fry the cauliflower in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy.

  7. Remove from the oil and let drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

  8. Serve the Korean fried cauliflower with your favorite dipping sauce.
