Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breast cooked and shredded
1 can artichoke hearts, drained, and chopped
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 clove, garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped artichoke hearts, fresh, spinach, yogurt, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread out evenly
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over top
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Removed from the oven and let cool before serving.
