  1. Heat oil and sauté Onions until light brown and then add garlic and ginger until not raw and soak potatoes in water.

  2. Remove onions and put in food processor with tomatoes and create purée. In the same oil add meat and lightly start browning.

  3. Add back purée into same pot and add spices and begin to cook out moisture but not completely.

  4. Add goat meat and tomato paste and bhoon until water is gone and oil separates with meat no longer pink and

  5. Add 1 cups water and bullion and Pressure cook instant pot for 10 minutes with quick release.

  6. Open the instant pot and bhoon until all water is gone and oil separates.

  7. Add potatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.

  8. Add 3 cups water and instant pot for 5 minutes. Slow release for 2 minutes and then quick release.

  9. Add remaining garam masala and mix in cilantro for garnish.
