If your dates aren't soft, place in warm water for 15 minutes
In a prepared loaf tin, add the dates and really press them down (I used my fingers) into an even layer
Pour over the peanut butter, spread evenly. Top with peanuts, and press them into the peanut butter
Pour over melted chocolate
Freeze until set, about 15 minutes
Can store in freezer (tastes like Snickers ice cream 🤤) or fridge
