Butter Chole / Chana (chickpeas)
  1. Wash and drain the chickpeas.

  2. Dice the onion.

  3. Add the ginger garlic paste, Butter Chicken Masala, salt, and red chili (if using).

  4. Stir in the tomato paste.

  5. Add the heavy cream and mix well.

  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
