Ingredients:
Cut off the bottom of each Brussels, and then cut them in half, shedding any leaves that are dirty.
Cook bacon and set it aside.
Add ½ stick butter to the pan, then add the sprouts, flat side down.
Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper, to taste.
Cook the sprouts flat side down, and allow them to caramelize. Once dark/caramelized, flip Brussels and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Once cooked, add the balsamic vinegar and stir, making sure every sprout is covered.
Add bacon and mix in. Enjoy!
