Microwave Fried Eggs
  1. Pour or spray the oil onto a microwave-safe dish or paper plate. This will prevent the eggs from sticking.

  3. Use a toothpick to gently poke a small hole in each yolk. This helps the eggs cook evenly without scrambling them.

  4. Place a second microwave-safe plate or another dish on top to cover the eggs.

  5. Heat the eggs in the microwave for 1 minute on high.

  6. Allow the eggs to sit in the microwave for 1 minute after heating. This helps them finish cooking.

  7. If the eggs are not fully cooked after the initial 1 minute, microwave them for an additional 10-15 seconds until done to your liking.
