High Protein Bang Bang Spicy Chicken Salad
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into tiny cubes and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

  2. Air fry the chicken at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.

  3. Make the sauce by mixing ½ cup Greek yogurt, 2-3 tbsp Sriracha, the juice and zest of 1 lime, 1 tsp honey, salt and pepper, and 1 tbsp water.

  4. Prepare the salad ingredients: Romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onions, chopped bell peppers, jalapenos, cilantro, and shredded Parmesan cheese.

  5. Add the roasted chicken to the salad and drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce.
