Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins Recipe
  1. To your blender (in this order), add the cottage cheese, oats, baking powder, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.

  2. Blend until just smooth.

  3. Using a spoon, fold in 1 cup of the chocolate chips.

  4. Spoon the batter into 16 muffin cups that have been lined with baking liners.

  5. Evenly distribute the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips onto the tops of the muffins.

  6. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and muffins pass the toothpick test.

  7. Allow muffins to cool before serving.
