Preheat oven to 350° and spray an 8 x 8" baking dish with non-stick spray.
In large bowl, mix together the oats, protein powder, flaxseed, cinnamon, and salt.
In separate smaller bowl, mix together the milk, butter, honey, and vanilla.
Pour honey mixture and chopped dates into large bowl; stir to fully combine. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish, then sprinkle blueberries evenly across top.
In small bowl, thoroughly mix the oats, sugar, and almond butter. Mixture will be crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over blueberries.
Bake for 25 - 35 minutes, or until top is golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. Store covered in refrigerator. Enjoy!
