For the SOUP BOOSTER
To make the soup booster, heat the oil in a small saute pan on medium heat; add the cilantro, garlic and ginger and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large stock pot or Dutch Oven heat the oil on medium heat. Add the onion and ground beef, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the sweet potato and zucchini, and cook an additional 7ish minutes.
Add the peanut butter, sriracha, tamari and bone broth and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until the sweet potato is tender, about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, adjust seasoning (if needed), and serve hot in bowls, with the soup booster as a garnish!
