⭐️⭐️⭐️ Too much cream/liquid. Cheese and cream fat floating on top after baking. It tasted pretty good, but made a huge mess and seemed a little over-the-top.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Subbed Argentinian red shrimp for crawfish. Used shrimp shells to make stock, which I highly recommend doing. Really excellent flavor and similar texture despite not using crawfish. Will make many more times, and will use crawfish the next time I get my hands on some!
