Very easy recipe, even easier if you have a stand mixer. I didn't so I just used my hand mixer and then rolled the dough out by hand. Looks good as well!
They are delicious. Rotating and switching the pans is critical. My sailboat stamp did not photograph well. Recommend a stamp with more distinct pattern
