Chili Oil Garlic Butter Pasta
  1. First, cook the spaghetti to AL DENTE for about 9 minutes.

  2. In a jar / bowl, combine chili oil, honey, soy sauce and hot pasta water.

  3. Next, heat the butter in a pan over medium-low heat.

  4. Then, add in garlic and cook until fragrant for 30 seconds.

  5. Add the pre-mixed sauce to the pan and cook for 1 minute.

  6. Add then pasta and give it a good mix.

  7. Add in parmesan cheese and chives. Give it a final mix.

  8. Finish it up with 1 egg yolk, parmesan cheese and chili oil. Enjoy!
