Italian Meatloaf
  1. In a bowl mix both meats together.

  2. Add in eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.

  3. Mix well, and lay meat onto a piece of parchment paper.

  4. Flatten and stretch meat out.

  5. Top meat with prosciutto.

  6. Cover prosciutto with provolone slices.

  7. Begin rolling meat into a roll.

  8. Sprinkle flour over meat roll so it’s well covered.

  9. Add meat roll to pan with some olive oil and brown all sides until golden.

  10. Add half a cup white wine and half a cup vegetable broth to pan.

  11. Reduce and cover with lid and cook on low for 40 minutes.

  12. You can use the broth and create a gravy.

  13. Slice and serve.
